Ingredients

  • 1 ready made whole wheat pizza crust
  • 220 g package of cream cheese
  • 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 envelope powdered ranch dressing
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Stove or oven method:

Use ready made crust to cut short cooking time and pile on the veggies for a tasty but nutrient packed savourty treat your child will love.

Bake the pizza crust according to package directions without toppings.

Meanwhile stir together cream cheese, sour cream and dressing.

When crust is finished baking, spread the mixture on top and then sprinkle on the veggies. Cut into small pieces for easy pick up.​​
