Breastfeeding is the best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding. A decision not to breastfeed can be difficult to reverse. Infant formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed. It is recommended that all formula milks be used on the advice of a doctor, midwife, health visitor, public health nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, or other professional responsible for maternal and child care and the financial implications should be considered. All preparation and feeding instructions should be followed carefully as inappropriate preparation could lead to health hazards.

Dumex Mummies Review Contest Terms and Conditions

This Dumex Mummies Review Contest ("Contest") is organised by Danone Specialized Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("Danone"). The mechanics of this Contest are as explained below. By participating and entering into this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein ("Terms and Conditions"):

1. Contest Period: [1 October – 30th November 2022].

2. The mechanics of the Contest is as follows:

(a) Redeem a free Dumex Dugro Stage 3, 700g OR Mamil Gold Stage 3, 850g sample from www.dumex.com.sg/registration.html

(b) Post a review of the product on Facebook/Instagram/mummies Facebook group/TikTok. Post must be public. No picture featuring of children below 12 months old, feeding bottle, teat, or pacifier.

3. Prize: First 50 participant who finish the above steps will stand a chance to win Globber GO UP Foldable Plus Scooter (Worth $168)

(a) Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) prize per household.

(b) Winners will be notified directly via the email address provided by the participant.

(d) For all defects and queries pertaining to the Globber Go up foldable plus, please WhatsApp the image to 93395442. Warranty period: from date of purchase to 31 January 2023.

4. The Contest is only open to Dumex Club members, who are parents with children aged 1 to 6 years old only, residing in Singapore, except the employees and immediate families of Danone.

5. Danone reserves the right to disqualify all registrations that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations. These include registrations submitted with invalid or incorrect information. Any registration containing elements of allegations or defamation, involving the misrepresentation, infringing (or may be infringing) any copyright, trademark, or any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any entity, both for survival and for the deceased (including privacy rights, publicity or fraudulent images) will be disqualified automatically.

6. The Prizes are strictly non-refundable and not exchangeable with cash.

7. No calls/emails will be made/sent by Danone to remind on prize collection. Danone reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.

8. Danone reserves the rights to substitute the Prizes with other items of similar value at its discretion or to cancel, change, revise, terminate or suspend this Contest without prior notice for any reasons.

9. Any visuals of the Prizes are for illustration purposes only.

10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all representations and/or warranties with respect to the Prizes are hereby excluded. Danone gives no warranty with respect to the merchantability of the Prizes or their suitability or fitness for any purpose or quality of the service in connection with the Prizes. The Prizes are provided on an "as is" basis.

11. Danone, all its promotion partners and other parties involved in the Contest, including their directors, officers and agents are not liable in any way for the following: (a) intervention by unauthorized parties during the Contest; (b) any human errors and electronic/technical failure in the administration of the Contest and processing of entries; (c) any entry that is lost, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received; and (d) any liability (including death) whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the Contest and usage of the Prizes.

12. Danone shall not be liable for any default or loss suffered by any party due to natural disaster, war, riot, strike, industrial action, epidemic, pandemic, government restrictions or such other government actions, fire, flood, storm, technical failure or any event that is beyond the reasonable control of Danone.

13. By taking part in this Contest, participants agree and accept without condition that Danone may elect to use your personal information contained herein for legitimate business purposes whilst placing your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.

14. Each participant hereby grants Danone the right and permission to use the Contest entry submitted by the participant, including any and all pictures, videos, recordings, descriptions and any other content and information provided by the participant pursuant to this Contest (“Submitted Content”) in all forms and media indefinitely for any purpose and without remuneration or compensation to the participant. All Submitted Content for this Contest will be the property of Danone.

15. Danone may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Terms and Conditions by way of email notification and the amended Terms and Conditions will take effect upon such notification.
